We'd recommend arriving early, having a nice dinner on Franklin Street, then strolling a short block to the Theater!

STUDIO SIX THEATER

StreetSigns productions take place in the Studio 6 Theater, located in Swain Hall on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus. (Enter through the doors facing Cameron Avenue.)

Swain Hall is located near the corner of Cameron Avenue and South Columbia Street, one block south of Franklin Street in downtown Chapel Hill, just down the block from the Ackland Art Museum, and a quick walk from local restaurants. You can find Swain Hall in the bottom left corner of this campus map (the street at the top of the map is Franklin Street). The Carolina Inn would be located just past the bottom left corner of this map. You can see a larger campus map here.

PARKING IN THE SWAIN LOT

Parking is available in the lot adjacent to Swain Hall. This is a pay lot. The Swain lot may be reserved for other special events on campus. Reserved lot notifications are available here.

OTHER NEARBY PARKING OPTIONS

There are also several public pay lots located on Rosemary Street, just two blocks north of the Theater (one block north of Franklin Street).

The Nash Lot near the Newman Center on Pittsboro Street is less than 3 blocks from the Theater.

There is also public parking on Franklin Street and at the Morehead Planetarium.
